We also experience an over order of paint, we have more than 5 gallons left. Enrico did a beautiful job patching the walls but did the patch work after the painting so he crew had to come back and re paint, seemed backwards. The workers were polite and wanted to make things right excluding the one."

This I believe could have been prevented if they had gotten paint samples first & painted a small sample, before buying all the paint. Would have saved time & money. (Association approved paint colors did not match actual paint colors). Painter was also given paint colors by me which he took with him. He did not match or call to tell me that color was different. It could have been resolved then."

I didn't even get the owner's business card right away when he came for the initial quote so I had to dig for information. Their general inability to get back to me right away/if at all made me feel like they didn't appreciate our business. After they painted our building, we asked for a quote on powerwashing some canopies in our yard. It took several weeks and a couple phone calls to the service centre to finally get a response. The owner, Gary, finally came in to look at our yard. He said he'd been busy, but I would have appreciated some quicker followup by email or phone to let me know he hadn't dropped off the face of the earth. So, when there, he gave me a rough estimate and all was good and he promised to send me something through email so I could confirm. I got nothing. It's been over a month. Closer to two, I believe. But it's not worth it to me anymore, if they clearly don't need our business. We decided to go with another company. All this said though, there was no problem with the actual work CertaPro did for us, in painting our building. We're happy with the end result and the price was definitely acceptable. The only comment I have on their actual work days (they took about a week for 2 guys to paint our large commercial building) was the amount of smoke breaks the crew took, in their van, right outside our front door. That didn't look GREAT for our customers, or for CertaPro in general. I didn't say anything at the time, as they were able to get the work done on schedule, but just something that could be improved upon in terms of professionalism and service. Thanks"
