Our Process

The process of satisfaction

We believe our customers deserve satisfaction at every point in the painting process. To ensure this, we have designed a process to address all of the details at every phase of the painting project. When your home is painted, interior or exterior, you can expect the following steps:

Confirm

We will confirm with you our commitment to meet your expectations. We will do this by reviewing a written proposal which specifies the brand of paint, number of coats, areas to be painted, color selection, any specific and individual “painting touches”, pricing and payment options.

Contact

We will contact you approximately seven to fourteen days prior to start of the work to confirm the start date. At this time, we will also arrange for any power washing or wood replacement as needed and as included in the proposal.

Review

The day before the paint job begins, we will contact you to confirm our time of arrival. When your CertaPro paint crew arrives at your home, they will introduce themselves, review the scope of the proposal with you, and complete a pre-job walk through to learn of any special and personal requirements that you may have for your home.

Report

Once the project begins, will be updated daily by your Job Site Supervisor on the progress of our work for you. You will be able to discuss any questions, concerns or issues at that time.

Inspect

At the end of our work, and once we have completed our own rigorous inspection, we will ask you to walk through to ensure we have met and, we hope, exceeded your wishes.

Pay

Once you have signed off on the completed proposal, the crew will ask you to complete a customer comment card, and only then will we request final payment.
